State and Federal Regulations Relating to the Agency

How are regulations and statutes different?

Statutes originate in the legislative assembly. Regulations originate in agencies and are approved by the General Assembly. Regulations are details that are added to make the implementation of statutes easier. Regulations are enforceable like statutes but remain subordinate to the statutes.
